Boxing

Boxing is a high impact cardio and strength training activity. You get a work out through the concepts of Crossfit and Boxing.  This means you are getting one mean workout and great stress relief when working the heavy bags and focus mitts. Coach Manny will get you through a calorie burn which can be as high as 1500 calories!
Classes for Adults are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6p – 7p.
Kids classes are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 5p – 6p.
