Our kickboxing program is a fast paced blend of American, international and muay thai kickboxing styles with an emphasis on getting in shape and self defense. We teach proper form before putting your skills to work on our 270-pound free-standing bags.

Each class begins with calisthenic exercises and stretching to prepare you for our intense workout that is guaranteed to get your blood flowing. We keep the classes challenging and include strength training, circuit drills, bag sparring, precision exercises, speed drills and more. We are continually updating and improving our workouts and equipment.

  • It is NOT cardio kickboxing!
  • We do bag drills with a focus on self-defense.
  • You will get to hit something!

We offer Beginner Classes and Advanced Classes. We also offer Access to Advance Kickboxing Seminars!

Have Fun, Burn between 700 and 1000 calories an hour!  Tone up and trim down!

Tuesdays and Thursdays 7-8 pm.
